JOB SUMMARY

This is an in-office position that performs account reconciliations of subsidiary ledgers to G/l, participates in the monthly general ledger close process and performs financial analysis.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Prepare monthly balance sheet reconciliations.

• Prepare journal entries and assist with month end close process.

• Prepare and enter weekly and monthly results into BPC.

• Provide continuous feedback on daily questions. Supervise AP team and Accountant, to include: coaching, training, department improvements and solutions.

• Analyze and monitor out of balance situations with the general ledger and perform corrective action.

• Perform monthly and year-end tax packages.

Education:

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting

Experience:

4 years of related accounting experience.Previous supervisory experience preferred.

Skills:

Working knowledge of GAAP and proficiency on Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook required. Working knowledge of AS400 preferred
